Terms of Use

Welcome to TsuniFlip. By creating a session or using the TsuniFlip app, you agree to these Terms of Use as a binding end-user licence agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

TsuniFlip is a travel companion for stamping places you visited or want to visit, viewing them on your atlas map, browsing a feed of dispatches, discovering travelers, managing alerts, editing your Me / passport profile, keeping a wishlist, and optionally buying travel coins for cosmetic or convenience features (for example pinning a Next Trip, unlocking travel heat on the atlas, passport foil, or a premium wax seal when you stamp).

Your account & content

You are responsible for your session and for content you create — including visit stamps, notes, moods, profile name and photo, wishlist pins, likes, comments, follows, reports, and blocks. Keep access to your device secure. You must be old enough to use the service under the laws of your country or region.

You retain ownership of your content. To operate TsuniFlip (feed, atlas, public-style stamp pages, alerts), you grant us a licence to host and display that content as needed. You may delete content or your account from Settings subject to technical limits.

Acceptable use & zero tolerance

TsuniFlip has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content; impersonate others; or abuse other people. Posts and profiles can be reported, and users can be blocked. We review reports and may remove violating content and restrict offending accounts, typically within 24 hours where reasonably possible.

Device permissions

The app may request four system permissions, described further in our Privacy Policy:

• Camera — for your travel stamp / passport photo.
• Photo Library — to select an avatar or upload image.
• Microphone — when audio recording is needed for a supported feature.
• Tracking — optional App Tracking Transparency for personalization and measurement.

Denying a permission may limit related features but does not waive these Terms for features you continue to use.

In-app purchases & coins

Travel coin packs are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. Prices shown in the app are display prices; Apple handles billing. Coins and unlocks have no cash value outside the app, are non-transferable, and (unless Apple’s rules require otherwise) are generally non-refundable once delivered. Feature unlocks spent with coins are governed by the in-app description at the time of spend. Restore Purchases is available where Apple supports it for eligible items.

Maps & place lookup

Map pins and place lookup depend on data you enter and third-party geocoding results. Locations may be approximate. We do not require continuous background location tracking for the core stamp-and-map experience.

Disclaimer & limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TsuniFlip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of content stored only on your device.

Changes & contact
